Job Description
Job Purpose: To be part of a team providing tariff classification, customs and compliance services to customers, including using in-house resources or customer automated compliance tool; providing export control support & documentation editing support to customers.
Providing professional advisory services to customers
Promoting growth of the practice with new engagements and building credibility in the market.
Key Accountabilities
Manage daily operational issues in a professional and timely manner

Execute daily operation tasks in accordance with service-level agreements
Handle queries from vendors and relevant internal/external stakeholders in a professional manner
Assigning accurate tariff classification, Customs valuation, FTA qualification, PGA requirements
Monitoring licensing and other regulatory requirements
Perform Trade Compliance Export Control Support for clients & other Logistics Shipping Document Editing support
Provide professional advisory on customs & trade related matters to clients, highlighting risks, implications and opportunities where applicable.
Support the General Manager in promoting Tradewin's services and building brand recognition.
Research, analyse, report on global trade related topics
Support the Managing Consultant for project deliverables preparation according to established scope.
Comply with local laws, regulations and internal policies. This includes the Expeditors Code of Business Conduct, Tradewin's internal policies and procedures; external government regulations, or customer policies/requirements;
Meet time utilization targets as set by the Managing Consultant and the General Manager
Other activities as requested by company.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting & Auditing, Finance, Business, Economics, International Trade.
Preferably more or less than 3 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience can include being in a consulting or accounting/auditing firms and commercial environment, operating in supply chain, trade operations, etc
Strong English skills - writing and speaking
Good researching skills
Willingness to travel
Knowledge in accounting & auditing, supply chain management, tax and customs regulations in Vietnam
Knowledge in Vietnam tax/customs environment, Incoterms and Free Trade Agreements
Interest in developing as a Global Trade & Customs professional
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
