Mô tả công việc

Specialize in:
International disputes: divorce, custody, inheritance distribution, asset recovery, foreign judgment recognition and enforcement, etc.
International non-dispute matters: prenuptial agreement, marriage, birth registration, adoption, dual nationality, will, inheritance, extract of civil documents, etc.
Based in Ha Noi. Hybrid working with Headquarters in HCMC
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist lawyers in handling international civil and family related cases.
Assist in client interviews and prepare summaries.
Conduct legal research, draft case files, and other legal documents.
Draft and proofread legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
Communicate with clients to gather information and support the senior associate in providing legal advice.
Participate in meetings with clients, lawyers, and other relevant parties.
Keep up-to-date with the latest international laws and regulations related to civil and family.
Assist in the preparation and organization of case files and legal documents closely with other team members to ensure a high level of service is provided to all clients.

Yêu cầu

Based in Ha Noi - hybrid working with headquarters in HCMC
Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
From 1 year experience in family law, particularly in an international context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English.
Good communication and high responsibilities in interacting with senior remotely
Strong research and report writing skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
