We are currently seeking ambitious and talented law graduates to join our Ho Chi Minh City office as Trainee Associates. Location: Saigon Marina IFC, Floor 12A, No. 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
As a Trainee Associate, you will have the opportunity to:
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues across various practice areas;
• Assist in drafting legal memorandum, contracts, opinions, and other legal documents;
• Support lawyers in client matters, transactions, and dispute resolution cases;
• Participate in meetings with clients, government authorities;
• Develop practical legal skills through hands-on training and mentorship from experienced lawyers.

Requirements:
Qualification:
• University degree in Law.
• Completed Lawyer Professional Training Course is an advantage.
Experience:
• Fresh graduated
• Prior internship or working experience with a local or international law firm is a plus.

• Strong research capabilities;
