Trainer (Consultancy Contract Basis)

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer with multilingual abilities - English and Vietnamese, to join our high performing Marketing Team.

You will play an important role in



• Handle all workshops, seminars, academy and company events as well as online webinars.

• Create all company presentations and courses.

• Work alongside Marketing to make sure events are organized as planned.

• Maintain all presentations and keep content to the highest quality.

• Maintain all training schedules.

• To make sure roadshow agendas are carefully planned so that the company can frequently perform several events with ease.

• Provide training to clients on use of platforms, members area, features and terminologies related to Marketing.

• To understand all company products, company policies and procedures so that you're capable of answering client queries during Q&A sessions.

• Provide coaching and guidance to local Sales team.

• Follow up and provide assistance to local front office departments when organizing company events and sponsored events.

• Identify the target audiences of a particular region.

• To assist the company affiliates with training to encourage more business and growth.

• To be willing to be on video, perform analytical reviews of the economic markets and published online.

• To promote the company online using social media channels on behalf of the company.

• To make sure we perform market research and competitor analyses so that the company remains competitive against other brokers and education schools.

• Perform duties & responsibilities in accordance with all operational procedures of the Marketing department.

• Conduct yourself in a professional, polite & courteous manner at all times whilst in the office or away on company business.

• Other duties which commensurate with this position.
