The Training & Quality Manager is responsible for leading the company's Learning & Development, Quality Excellence, and Employee Engagement strategies to strengthen organizational capability, enhance service quality, develop future leaders, and build a high-performance culture that supports sustainable business growth.

1. Learning & Development
Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business objectives.
Establish the annual training plan and manage the training budget.
Design, develop, and maintain the Competency Framework for all job functions.
Build career pathways and talent development roadmaps.
Design and implement Leadership Development Programs.
Develop succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership pipeline readiness.
Standardize company-wide training systems and training effectiveness evaluation processes.
Research, implement, and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS), E-learning platforms, and other modern learning solutions.
Lead workforce capability enhancement initiatives across the organization.
2. Quality Management & Service Excellence
Establish company-wide service quality standards, audit processes, and compliance control systems.
Lead and manage quality audit activities across projects and operations.
Analyze customer feedback, quality performance data, and operational metrics.
Identify service gaps and improvement opportunities.
Recommend and monitor quality improvement action plans.
Report quality audit results and improvement recommendations to the Leadership Team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
3. Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Strengthen and promote the company's corporate culture across all departments.
Develop and enhance internal communication programs and channels.
Organize employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
Support employer branding initiatives to improve the company's attractiveness as an employer.
Drive corporate culture programs aligned with organizational values and business objectives.
4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with department heads and project leaders to identify training and quality improvement needs.
Partner with external consultants, training providers, and agencies when required.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management regarding talent development and quality performance.
Perform other duties assigned by the
HR Manager or Management Team.
