Job Description
Internal coordination
• Facilitate meetings with Academy and other external team to align strategies for all stakeholders
• Closely check up and monitor students and tutor/mentor performance to ensure measurable outcomes
• Share student/moderator's feedback with wider team when applicable and proactively and preemptively align on action needed for issue resolution
• Conduct service team's internal discussions/ alignment meetings on students' progress to make sure everyone is on the same page and working as an effective team
Operations and ongoing improvement
• Stay up to date with and contribute to knowledge base & learning materials
• Identify and highlight opportunities for service improvement
• Stay up-to-date with standardized testing schedules and registrations to advise relevant stakeholders and support students as required
• Maintain thorough documentation and training for standard operating procedures
Learning system management
• Generate ideas for learning activities & materials
• Support to build & organize content (slides, videos, etc)
• Coordinate with production team to deliver videos/ slides for learning & communication purposes
• Manage Learning Management System
Requirements
• At least 2 years of equivalent experience
• Understanding and experience with reporting activities, issues and requirements in a global organisation
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel & Slides tools
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workflows simultaneously
• Advanced interpersonal skills to problem solve in high-pressure situations
• A high appetite for personal development and hard work - the role will feature intense mentorship and collaboration, in a fast-paced and high-expectations environment
Advantageous:
• Prior relevant knowledge and experience in education/ mentoring/ coaching/ youth development
• Knowledge of college admissions and international education systems
