Position: HR Generalist

Scope of work: This role will be responsible for:
(1) Learning & Development Management
(2) Qualification and Career Management system
(3) Training & Workshops facilitating
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Analyzing training needs
• Coordinating to develope and record the curriculum and deliver courses (in-house and external)
• Enabling, recording and analyzing the evaluation of the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth.
• Developing of reporting for measurement of training needs and results
• Coordinating with Production Trainers to manage the Qualification Card and Career management system
• Facilitating all the training and workshop activities
• Implementing the strategic partnership with local vocational schools to implement Internship program; trainee program.
• Other jobs as requested by Senior HR Manager
