Training Management (All Level)

* Responsibilities:
• Thiết kế và trực tiếp đào tạo các chương trình huấn luyện đào tạo cho HSV và các chi nhánh theo yêu cầu/ Design and directly conduct training programs for the HSV and branches as requested
• Phát triển tài liệu giảng dạy cho HSV và các chi nhánh theo yêu cầu/ Develop teaching materials for the HSV and branches as requested
• Lập kế hoạch đào tạo theo năm, khóa dựa trên nhu cầu đào tạo HSV và các chi nhánh theo yêu cầu./ Plan annual training schedules and courses based on the training needs of the HSV and branches as requested
• Thiết kế, đổi mới tất cả các khóa học: Develop & System/ Design and innovate all course: Develop & System
• Xây dựng outline, nội dung bài giảng, phương pháp./ Build outlines, lecture content, and methods
• Thiết lập đánh giá chất lượng đào tạo./ Establish training quality assessment
• Cải tiến chu trình PDCA các khóa học/ Enhance the PDCA cycle for courses
• Xây dựng quy trình khảo sát, đánh giá nhu cầu đào tạo/ Develop a process for surveying and assessing training needs
• Đảm bảo chất lượng các chương trình đào tạo kỹ năng, đào tạo hội nhập tại HSV và các chi nhánh theo yêu cầu/ Ensure the quality of skill training programs and onboarding training at the HSV and branches as required
• Theo dõi và đánh giá tiến độ triển khai các hoạt động đào tạo của team/ Monitor and evaluate the progress of training activities implementation by the team
• Hướng dẫn, đào tạo nâng cao năng lực các thành viên phụ trách/ Guide and provide advanced training to enhance the capabilities of responsible team members
• Lập kế hoạch và triển khai chương trình phát thanh nội bộ/ Plan and implement an internal broadcasting program
• Khảo sát, đánh giá nhu cầu cải thiện môi trường làm việc tại HSV và các chi nhánh khi có yêu cầu/ Survey and assess the need for improvements in the working environment at HSV and its branches upon request.
• Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các hoạt động cải thiện môi trường làm việc/ Develop and implement plans for activities to improve the working environment.
• Phối hợp các bộ phận triển khai các hoạt động liên quan xây dựng môi trường làm việc/ Coordinate with departments to implement activities related to building the working environment.
• Thiết kế nội dung, hình ảnh truyền thông nội bộ và mạng xã hội tuyên truyền về các hoạt động xây dựng môi trường làm việc tuyệt vời/ Design content and images for internal communication and social media to promote activities related to building an excellent working environment
• Báo cáo kết quả các hoạt động GWP/ Report the results of GWP activities.
