Learners' registration & Onboarding:
Collect learners' details
Ensure account creation and onboarding in the relevant systems.
Process Invoices and maintain accurate records for renewals.
On site training coordination:
Support onsite trainers with On site/hybrid sessions.
Coordinate with program managers to share
Learners progress tracking & Reporting
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting
Analyze training records
Admin / Team support:
Maintain learners' records and information.
Participate in process continuous improvement
Ensure internal documentation is maintained and organized.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in business or operations.
2-3 years professional experience. Prior experience working with an E Learning platform or in customer services roles.
Good written and verbal command in English, to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Asia.
Digitally proficient, you can work with multiple web Application
Detailed oriented: you can spot problems in large excel file
