Responsibilities
Organize and deliver training programs for store employees.
Develop and update training materials, including e-learning content and training videos.
Manage learning activities on the LMS platform and coordinate internal learning initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Explore new learning technologies and AI tools to enhance training quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or employee training.
Experience in retail, chain stores, or frontline workforce training is an advantage.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and AI applications is a plus.
