Mô tả công việc

Receive invoices and supporting document from Planning/Warehouse/ PO buyer & scan to GBS KL -Daily(hard copy invoices only).
Receive T&E claim from employee and validate invoice and documents comply with HR policy and Local requirement (hard copy only)- Weekly
Verify all documents, invoices, payment request ensure compliance with the company's regulations Tax law, Customs law
Ensure that payment for all departments and center continuous without any interruption base of missing the invoice and supporting document -Daily(hard copy invoices only)
Monitor detective controls as per internal control requirements on documents. Implement corrective actions as necessary
Key contact point to address questionnaires relating to AP invoice and documents.
Archive invoices & documents (filing) -Weekly(hard copy invoices only).
Scan all import documents and Fix asset document to GBS KL -Weekly
Reconcile hard copy document with IR and Payable report to GBS KL -Weekly
Receive Debit/Credit advise and Bank statement of Bank, Archive Bank service contract- Monthly
Support document preparation of I2P audit related activities - Yearly

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent
Minimum of 2 year working experience in the relevant role
Have knowledge of Tax law, Customs law, Banking payment
Working within a multicultural environment
Vehicle/Travel requirement - To be confirmed
Experience in AkzoNobel tools (e.g. SAP, FSCM, EBS) - Preferred
Experience in execution of standard processes
Able to set priorities and work independently
Business knowledge.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
