Mô tả công việc

• To prepare TP disclosure forms, benchmarking studies and TP documentation such as Local file, Master file independently.
• Should develop good understanding of the client's business and the issues involved.
• To carry out TP diagnostic assessments of client's international transactions and draw transfer pricing implications.
• To prepare TP advisory report under supervision of managers.
• To assist clients in TP inspections and deals with tax authorities.
• To attend regular meetings, address client queries when appropriate. Takes minutes and proactively encourages the Partner/Manager to follow up on an agreed action.
• To build good rapport with the client, with a clear understanding of client expectations and achieving high levels of client service.
• To develop an internal network within the tax department and other service lines.
• To assist managers in internal technical training and engagement management.
• To understand the requirement of the client and ensure that client timelines are met.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in accounting, tax, law or corporate finance;
• Be familiar with Vietnam's transfer pricing regulations, OECD TP guidance and BEPS; as well as basic Vietnamese tax knowledge.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in transfer pricing work;
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing;
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good project management, teamwork, interpersonal and communications skill;
• Candidates holding VTCA, CPA, ACCA, CPAA, ICAEW, and Transfer Pricing Certificates are preferable but it is not mandatory

Grant Thornton Vietnam is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International and was established in 1993. Initially it was a joint venture with Concetti. In 1997, Grant Thornton Vietnam was converted to a 100% foreign owned enterprise, and opened a branch in Ho Chi Minh City.

In 1998, we officially became a full member of Grant Thornton International. The firm's name was changed to Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited in 1999.

In 2007, we proudly met the criteria to audit listed companies.

In 2013, we were more than excited to celebrate our 20 years Anniversary in Vietnam. It has been a gratifying and successful endeavour as we have grown from our first days in 1993 to who we are today. Also in this year, Grant Thornton Vietnam has been listed as the only foreign invested firm that has been permitted to determine the value of 100-per-cent state-owned enterprises by the Ministry of Finance Vietnam.

2014 has marked another milestone. From 1st July 2014, Grant Thornton Vietnam Ltd and Nexia ACPA Auditing & Consulting Co Ltd ("ACPA") are to merge officially. The merged firm will be part of the Grant Thornton global network and will practice under the Grant Thornton name. The merger brings together a leading professional services firm in Vietnam with an excellent combination of professional team of 14 partners and more than 220 professional staff in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

In 2015, Grant Thornton Vietnam was listed as the only foreign invested firm that has been permitted to determine the value of 100-per-cent state-owned enterprises by Ministry of Finance Vietnam. In 2016, we remain dedicated to delivering solutions to meet our clients' current and future needs, and continue to be focused on helping our clients to unlock the growth potential of their business.

In 2018, we are very excited to celebrate our 25 years anniversary in Vietnam.

In 2019, management board welcomed a female Partner; this aligned with the Grant Thornton global strategy in diversity in leadership.
