Mô tả công việc
Receive requirements about translation, notarization, consular legalization, etc;
Support Line Managers in monitoring, controlling and accelerating order progress to meet customer delivery schedules;
Manage and store records, documents, and papers related to orders and clients;
Coordinate with the Translation Coordinator to hand over completed documents to customers by technology delivery, express delivery or direct delivery at the office;
Support recording client needs and feedback;
Coordinate with relevant departments to provide timely support when customers need to adjust or edit translations or notarizations;
Other preparation tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
Candidate must be service-oriented, result-driven, and willing to handle challenging and tough assignments and workload;
Flexibility, proactive, resourcefulness, and enterprising characteristics;
Have a good command of English;
Excellent communication skills;
Seniors or fresh graduates with Economics/English Linguistics and Literature/Business Management background and majoring related;
