Translators

** Position Summary:
We are currently recruiting for two Translators to work in the corporate and finance practice area: one in our Ho Chi Minh City office and another in our Hanoi office. We advise on many of the leading M&A transactions and projects in Vietnam, and work with many of the largest international corporations doing business in Vietnam, international development finance institutions, and the largest companies in Vietnam on their international expansion plans. Most of our transactions are cross-border, and our team members in Vietnam are regularly provided with opportunities to work with colleagues across our global network.
Candidates should have a strong academic background, together with excellent relevant practical experience at a well-established organization, and a personality that appreciates both team work and personal ambition.
** ROLES & SKILLS:
• Translation in both English and Vietnamese of documents, contracts, agreements, laws, and any other items requiring translation;
• Assistance with document production, meaning you would assist with proof-reading, editing, filing, archiving, etc.;
• Assistance in producing marketing materials and newsletters (English and possibly Vietnamese);
• Assistance with document review and screening upon request; and
• Additional duties to be assigned as appropriate.
