Job Description
Campaign Execution and Optimization
• Execute and continuously optimize campaigns across owned marketing channels, including creating landing pages, push notifications, merchandising, newsletters, banners, and other placements across various platforms (in-App, Mobile Web, Website).
• Develop content direction and promotional briefs aligned with business objectives, adhering to the marketing calendar. Provide feedback and ensure quality control for campaign assets, including visuals, copy, and motion.
• Understand Transport products and business context, research competitors and market demand, and gain insights into customer behavior to optimize owned media marketing activities and enhance campaign attractiveness.
• Manage promo mechanisms, including creating coupons, brainstorming discount schemes, testing coupons to prevent abuse, managing coupon quotas, and monitoring budget absorption.
Project management & Coordination
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (
Designers, Customer Service, Market Partner, Growth Marketing, Partnership, Central Platform, Product) to deliver campaign activities on time with zero errors, optimize traffic and conversion to product, and ensure efficient end-to-end execution processes in owned media marketing channels.
• Coordinate with outreach marketing channels, including Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Influencers, to increase traffic and optimize campaign conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Collect data, and utilize analytical tools and metrics to evaluate the performance of owned media campaigns, including but not limited to click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from campaign data to inform future strategies and optimizations.
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, key findings, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in campaign performance and propose data-driven solutions to address them.
