Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the operation of B2B and B2C transportation business in Ho Chi Minh area, including air freight, sea freight, land transport, international express, etc., including booking cargo space, tracking cargo trajectory, and monitoring successful delivery;
- Handle various exceptions that occur during daily operations, communicate with service providers or customers in a timely manner, effectively solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Manage the operational quality of service providers, ensure that operational KPIs are met, and continuously optimize operational processes and costs;
- Maintain operational data in business systems such as ITMS, including creating orders, maintaining vehicle information, and updating shipment and delivery times.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Those with logistics-related work experience and familiar with international transportation industry knowledge will be given priority;
- Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to use Chinese as a working language;
- Proficient in using office software;
- Work is solid, careful, proactive, with strong learning ability, a strong sense of responsibility, and willing to work hard.
- Those with logistics-related work experience and familiar with international transportation industry knowledge will be given priority;
