Transportation Coordinator

Role overview:
Coordinate and supervise the entire domestic transportation operations, ensuring smooth import/export processes by connecting clients with transportation vendors.
Key responsibilities:
• Operational monitoring: Closely monitor import/export plans to remind vendors to meet deadlines.
• Coordination & supervision: Performing vehicle dispatch procedures, controlling container order allocation, unloading at the yard, and ensuring vehicles arrive on time as required by clients.
• Information update: Continuously updating the status of goods and transportation progress for clients in real time, ensuring uninterrupted information flow.
• Cost negotiation: Work closely with vendors to negotiate freight rate increases corresponding to market oil price fluctuations, ensuring cost optimization for the project.
• Record orders in the internal system, track customer accounts receivable and payment progress to suppliers.
