Team introduction:
Treasury Shared Service Centre (SSC) is a core pillar within Group Treasury with specific focus on transaction execution and processing. Treasury SSC undertakes all the operational requirements for the respective countries that Lazada operates in.
The Role:
The candidate will be a core member of the Treasury SSC based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The candidate will work in a team supporting multiple countries' operational requirements, and will need to interact with multiple parties on a frequent basis, including other Treasury functions/ pillars and Finance team, Finance Tech team, Project Management team as well as various external partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Reporting:
The candidate will report to the Head of Treasury SSC based in Malaysia.
2. Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Treasury SSC
• Responsible for the transaction execution and processing for the countries drive best practices where applicable.
• Prepare and support internal and external operational reporting as per requirement by local authority, such as Central Bank.
• Execute and comply with treasury control requirements and external regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Qualifications
Experience in managing treasury operational requirements for Asia and Europe would be advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese (verbal & written), and proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
• Results and detail-oriented, team player, strong collaboration skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy.
Qualifications
