● Support the main teacher in executing interactive classroom activities and student engagement strategies.
● Assist students in navigating and utilizing learning technologies effectively during class sessions.
● Help manage large-sized public school classrooms to maintain an organized, disciplined, and high-energy learning environment.
● Provide immediate academic support to students by clarifying vocabulary, grammar points, or speaking pronunciation.
● Coordinate closely with the main teacher to track student attendance, participation, and classroom dynamics.
● Deliver brief, constructive feedback on student performance to the academic management team when required.
Yêu cầu
● Demonstrate English proficiency with a minimum IELTS score of 5.0 overall, a TOEIC score of at least 850, or an equivalent internationally recognized English language certification, with strong verbal communication, clear pronunciation, and fluent speaking skills.
● Current university student or recent graduate, preferably majoring in English Pedagogy, English Linguistics, or educational fields.
● Be proficient in preparing lesson presentations and teaching materials, managing students effectively, and supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, classroom activities, and school programs.
● Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to easily adapt to digital teaching tools and learning management systems.
● High energy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with large groups of young learners.
● Good daytime availability on weekdays matching standard public school schedules.
