We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support an expat manager in a fast-paced, multinational environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, with a strong focus on planning, coordination, tracking, and cross-functional communication-similar to project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the expat manager
Coordinate daily activities, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as a key liaison between the manager and internal/external stakeholders, including regional and expat teams
Support planning, tracking, and follow-up of tasks, projects, and key initiatives
Monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and proactively address potential issues
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving and dynamic work environment
Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as delegated
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
2-5 years of experience in
Project Manager, PM Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar roles
Background in Project Management or experience working in PM-like roles is a strong advantage
Good command of English (working with expat stakeholders is required)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, flexible, and able to handle a high volume of tasks
Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
