Assist in coordinating project timelines, task tracking, and progress reporting.
Support SOP documentation, formatting, translation (Vietnamese-English), and version control.
Serve as a liaison for internal departments to collect data, updates, and SOP compliance follow-up.
Support the execution of store opening projects, including document preparation, supplier coordination, and progress tracking.
Coordinate with HQ teams (especially SOP and Design teams) to ensure proper follow-up and standard implementation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and project updates.
Help prepare internal and external communication documents in English and Vietnamese.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
3 years of working experience in admin/project/retail operations roles preferred.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, with ability to multitask and follow up independently.
Interest in the retail or lifestyle industry is a plus.
