Conduct industry and market research in line with business needs, identifying key trends and insights.
Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to drive

Assist the Deputy General Manager in overall operations management, promoting business expansion and resource integration.
Support risk management at key milestones throughout the project development lifecycle, monitor execution progress, and promptly identify and report issues.
Coordinate work among different functional departments and project entities to enhance team execution and ensure smooth business processes.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Deputy General Manager.
Document translation and meeting interpretation.
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of professional experience; candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related role are preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work efficiently across multiple business units, departments, and teams.
