JOB DESCRIPTION
Schedule
and arrange CEO's meetings, appointments and keep meeting minutes.
Keep
track of CEO's work, maintain a work diary, and schedule work for the CEO.
Attend
events and meetings with the CEO.
Prepare
documents, collect necessary information per request of CEO.
Make
and confirm travel arrangements, prepare travel documents.
Support
CEO in maintaining internal and external relations, inform the directions /
orientations from Board of Directors to heads of departments / managers of department
or to business partners.
Assist
back office departments in Company's events as per Board of Directors'
directions.
Assist
Board of Directors in social projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages
or related majors.
At
least 1 year of working experience in similar positions.
Intermediate
to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
Excellent
verbal and written communication.
Good
English skill.
Dedicated
and proactive at work.
Positive
thinking, high sense of responsibility.
Ability
to perform multiple projects simultaneously (if any).
