Keep track of departmental assignments, meeting outcomes, and follow-up actions, making sure priorities move forward without delay.
Pay particular attention to matters directly tied to the CEO-such as high-level meetings, documents, or urgent projects.
Provide regular updates and summaries that give the CEO a clear, consolidated view of company activities.
Work with leaders across functions to produce periodic as well as on-demand reports on operations, finance, and business performance.
Translate raw data into structured insights and thematic reports aligned with company programmes and strategic priorities.
Ensure that all reports delivered to the CEO and Board meet standards of clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
Coordinate recurring check-ins between the CEO and departments, following up on action points afterwards.
Take charge of managing the CEO's agenda, scheduling commitments, and administrative needs.
Organise travel logistics end-to-end: itinerary design, bookings, materials preparation, and hosting arrangements.
Act as a point of contact for the CEO in communications with staff, suppliers, and other units within FPT to handle daily operational or scheduling issues.
Support the execution of important corporate events, internal activities, and team initiatives.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management; prior exposure to a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills; detail-focused and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Able to operate independently, take initiative, and remain effective under pressure.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth setting and trusted to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Strong team player with a collaborative spirit; adaptable in communication across all levels of the organisation.
Clear and professional communicator with solid negotiation abilities, both in writing and in speech, in Vietnamese and English.
