JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities
· Prepare
Purchase orders
· Reconciliation
(vendor invoices, accounts, and payments) both of AU and VN
·
Assist with
vendors' issues/invoices/chasing both of AU and VN
· Connect
and work with finance team in HCM to fill in AP process and chasing the
payment.
· Generate
supplier code and update employee code
· In
charge of Pretty Cash, Trade Union Fund, VAT Declaration
· Book
leave (VN, AU, UA)/ leave reports
· Timesheet
reports, Headcount Report, CSR Report
·
Support of
Communication for on Social Media
· Support
other company events
· Take
care of accounting data inputs, including vendor and client account, bills,
invoices, expenses
· Work
closely with AP, AR, Billing and Invoice team
· Prepare
revenue reports by end of month
· Other
Ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
To be selected for this position, you
will have the following
·
Able to work with
Australia timezone (Ahead Vietnam 3 - 4 hours). Start working from home at 5 -
6am and go to the office around 9 am
· Graduated
from Economic University in Accountant/ finance or Economic or related fields
·
Proficient in
office Information Technology (as Microsoft word / excel..)
· Good
at communication skills
· Good
at English skills
· Ability
to learn quickly
· Sociable,
friendly
