Order management: receive and review customer orders, enter them into the system and synchronize them to the production and procurement departments, follow up the progress of order changes and execution, and provide timely feedback on abnormalities.
Production and material coordination: connect the workshop to track the production progress, coordinate to solve problems such as material shortage and quality deviation, and ensure smooth production.
Delivery and logistics: arrange product delivery, connect with logistics providers to track the transportation trajectory, and deal with delivery abnormalities
Customer docking: regularly synchronize the order status, answer customer inquiries, collect feedback and link with relevant departments for closed-loop processing, and maintain customer files.
Data and documents: statistical order, delivery, refund and other data, prepare basic reports; archive order documents, communication records and other information.
Cross-departmental collaboration: cooperate with production, procurement and other departments to promote work, and complete customer visit arrangements, daily business meeting minutes and other transactional support.

Proficient in English and preferably Chinese
College or University graduate
