JOB DESCRIPTION
The main role of Account Executive - Vietnam will be enabling Australian brands in planning and executing the market solutions towards the Vietnam market. You will ensure a high quality of service is delivered to each of your clients with a focus on planning. You will also work closely with the Country Marketing Leader, Account Manager, Creative, and Strategy team to bring campaigns to life! You will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, plan & execute across Australian and Vietnam cross-border marketing.
Content planning and execute all the content creations for campaigns in Vietnam, to promote our clients' brands, products, and services.
Manage our clients' social media accounts and run paid ads to better engage and grow our audience when required.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
Manage campaigns across all media channels including digital and offline.
Source potential media channels/ partnership opportunity for the Vietnam market.
Research the trends of the Vietnam market and provide insights update to the internal team and clients.
Regularly assist in coordinating offline event to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
REQUIREMENTS
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar role either agency or client side
• A strong understanding of FMCG markets, brands and their communication objectives.
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese (oral & written).
• Ability to work independently and remotely without supervision.

Coordinate all operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Conduct on-site supervision to ensure everything is in place and functioning properly
Manage and resolve any on-site issues or emergencies that may arise
Provide detailed post-event reports, including feedback and suggestions for improvement
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years in event planning and execution
Must be based in HCM or HN
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficient in English and Vietnamese (oral & written)
