JOB DESCRIPTION
Work
with Research Agencies to implement customer/market research and conduct distribution
surveys to gain insight on the demand of customers/distribution and validate
proposition concepts/design.
Assist in building product propositions/concept in light of adequate consumer insights/research
findings (including developing clear customer journey for each proposition),
ensuring the propositions are unique and relevant for customers, distribution
channels & company strategy.
Support
product design development process, collaborate with other both internal &
external stakeholders to make sure product is launched by expected timeline.
Strengthen
product marketability and relevancy through positioning/packaging, product customization
for channels, product promotions etc.
Support
product training & launching plan: Develop product training materials &
conduct training to trainers, work with Creative agencies to develop concept &
design product MKT collaterals and support driving launching campaigns, training
to trainers.
Conduct
post-launching product reviews to find out areas that need to be improved and
take corrective actions accordingly.
As
a Product Account to represent Product Propositions team to work with and address
product multiple requests from channels and partners.
In
charge of Product Market Intelligence and regular update of market product
campaigns and product trends.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in a business related discipline.
At least 1 year working experience, preferably in product development,
product marketing for financial service industry or similar experiences in a
well-known research organizations.
Good communication skill, both verbally and in writing.
Innovative and willing to explore new things.
Able to work well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal/teamwork skill.
Good ability to influence cross-functional teams & external partners
Good organization and time/project management skill.
Good problem solving skill.
Good analytical skills - ability to work with numbers, facts effectively.
Good understanding of life insurance operational and technical areas is
an advantage.
