JOB DESCRIPTION

II. JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in project proposal and planning.
- Assist in creating project proposal.
- Assist in conducting research and surveys, gathering data, and preparing documents for project planning.
- Assist in building project deliverables and activities which aim at achieving project objectives.
- Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitoring and reporting project progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress and deadlines.
- Communicate with different stakeholders to gather data and information on project status.
- Identify risks and issues prior to, during and after the project's implementation, and apply corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
Assist in project communication.
- Coordinate building communication direction for the project.
- Create and deliver communication materials about the project (emails, brochures, e-books, videos, posters, etc.)
- Assist in performing communication about the project to the whole organization.
- Empathy with stakeholders during the project to better support for communication direction.
Other tasks assigned by Program Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
Knowledge of business transformation is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizing and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving skills.
Fluency in verbal and written English

Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
Detailed-oriented.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Previous experience in a project support role is preferred.
