Mô tả công việc
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers (Trading products: Accessories, parts, equipment for cell phones and tablets).
Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Identify suppliers of goods and services.
Working with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods.
Work closely with the projects team to understand the details of procurement requirements.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing products and services to be purchased.
Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
Maintaining good supplier relations.
Attend meetings with the team.
Able to travel to meet vendors and suppliers as necessary.

Yêu cầu
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required.
Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required.
Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Quyền lợi
Starting Monthly Basic Salary: $600 and up to $1100.
Project bonus and salary review according to the work quality.
Opportunity to travel and on-site work in the US.
Working hours and location:
8 hours shift from Mon - Fri (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
You can leave the office 1-2 hours earlier if you have to report to the US team leader from 9am to 11am US central time (at 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM in Vietnam).
7th Floor, Geleximco Building 36 P. Hoang Cau, Cho Dua, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
Communications:
Reply to all emails within 24 hours.
You will be flexible to go late / leave early 1-3 hours at the office if you have to work online at night 1-3 hours to make reports and receive information.
As we have our office in the US, some flexibility is required with the different time zones. Please be able to communicate sometimes during US business hours.
Daily and monthly reports.
Other tasks assigned by the CEO/ Managers.
Project bonus and salary review according to the work quality.
Opportunity to travel and on-site work in the US.
