1. Calendar Management:
Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Prioritize and coordinate conflicting commitments to optimize the CEO's time.
2. Communication Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications addressed to the CEO.
Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
3. Information Management:
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents for the CEO.
Conduct research and gather information as needed for CEO's decision-making and projects.
4. Meeting Coordination:
Plan and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, venue arrangements, and logistics.
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items as directed by the CEO.
5. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.
Liaise with executives, board members, clients, and other parties on behalf of the CEO.
6. Project Support:
Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to meet project objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in foreign trade,... Knowledge of investment projects, finance, and securities is an advantage.
Proven experience (5 years) as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Willingness to undertake long-term assignments and frequent travel between countries.
No family-related constraints.
The ability to drive a car is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions.
Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
