RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, you will be responsible for the following:
• Create and maintain comprehensive to-do lists, manage tasks, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Prepare and review reports as assigned by the chairman, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Assist in the creation, review, and editing of slides, presentations, documents, speeches, and other materials as required by the chairman.
• Take ownership of special projects and events as assigned by the chairman, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the chairman, offering insights and recommendations to enhance decision making processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the chairman and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Facilitate communication between various departments and the chairman while maintaining confidentiality

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or other business-related fields (An MBA or equivalent is preferred).
• If the degree granted by an institution in Vietnam, English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or higher is required.
Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience, preferably in a technology business/start-up or management consulting
Skills
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to organize, break-down and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A strong business mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education
