* Key Responsibilities:
- Provide translation support for the Director, ensuring clear communication in meetings and documentation.
- Research and obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors for project-related needs.
- Prepare and manage various documents, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Assist the Director with tasks and projects as requested, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Travel as needed for project-related activities, with expenses covered by the company.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
Yêu cầu
* Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
