Job Description

Job Description:

Coordinate vehicles (trucks, dump trucks, container trucks) according to assigned plans.
Deliver orders to pick up containers and execute unloading orders to complete shipping.
Control the itinerary and update the itinerary for relevant departments.
Monitor and control shipping progress and resolve arising problems.
Report daily work to the department head.
Take documents from the driver (at the port) to the office.
Grasp the calculation of fuel and oil norms, repair, and maintenance costs
Other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

University Degree/ College (Foreign trade/Export & Import/Sea Transport major is preferable).
At least 3 years experience working in the same position.
Able to work 24/7 depending on the shipping plan.
Fast learner, independent, and passionate about coordinate vehicles.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good time and task management skills.
Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Exceptional Knowledge of transportation and the road routes in Dong Nai and Binh Duong

General Requirements:

Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
Be able to work under pressure, and be willing to take responsibility.

Good Teamwork and collaboration skills
