Mô tả công việc

Developing Marketing Strategies: Develop strategic marketing plans, go-to-market plans, objectives, target audience, channel mix, budget, measurement, and player journey/messaging needs for each campaign/project.
Executing Product Launches: collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop launch plans, create marketing materials, coordinate promotional activities, and drive user adoption.
Implementing Digital Marketing: monitor digital marketing campaigns and leverage channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to reach and engage target users.
Collaborating with Stakeholders: Communicate plans and performance highlights to key internal/external stakeholders
Marketing Analytics: analyze marketing data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor activity and assist marketing team on emerging media technologies, platforms, and consumer media habits
Branding Management: ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and materials, and work to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the market.
Budget Management: monitor expenses, track performance, and make budgetary decisions to maximize the impact of marketing activities.

Yêu cầu

2+ years of planning experience on Game/App Marketing
Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategic plans
Self-starter mentality and track-record for clever social ideas
Experience in providing creative feedback for social content
Experience with setting budgets and bottoms-up media spend forecasting
Knowledge of the latest platforms and technologies and desire to identify opportunities for strategic brand involvement
Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
Ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for gaming, advertising and social media
