Implement sales & marketing initiatives to develop HORECA corporate accounts - Direct selling to hotels, food service restaurants, cafes, beer garden eateries, BBQ wholesale & restaurants, Banh Mi chains, Seafood restaurants, etc.
Job Description
This position is critical in driving the next level of growth for the Company with our new "Ready-to-Eat" BBQ food range to promote to HORECA corporate accounts throughout Vietnam.
About this role:
Conduct detail market research to understand the preferences of target audience. Identify key competitors & analyse their strengths and weakness.
Direct selling to hotels, food service restaurants, cafes, beer garden eateries, BBQ wholesale & restaurants, Banh Mi chains, Seafood restaurants, etc.
Develop marketing & promotion programs to build & enhance the Company & Product brand name in the F&B sector. Provide promotional materials and product samples.
Conduct regular product demonstrations and tastings at potential customers' locations. Organize launch events in major cities like Ho Chi Ming City, Hanoi and Da Nang.
Introduce loyalty programs for repeat purchases. Offer exclusive deals and discounts for loyal customers.
Co-develop new product offerings and pricing strategies with the management.
Create social media profiles and start posting engaging content. Develop an eCommerce website with SEO optimization.
Collect customers feedback and make necessary product improvements. Regularly update marketing strategies based on market trends and customers feedback.
Launch targeted social media ads and Google Adwords campaigns. Collaborate with influencers to create buzz around the products.
Manage a team of 2-3 employees

Desirable Traits:
Food Service or Hotel Professional Diploma in Sales & Marketing, eCommerce or, Business Services Diploma.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in F&B sector.
English proficiency: Intermediate.
Candidate must be internet savvy with interest in social media marketing.
Fresh graduates with good attitude can also be considered.
Own motorcycle to facilitate customers visit.
