Trưởng Nhóm Phát Triển Sản Phẩm - Garment Technician

1). Liaise with manager and support for developing internal and external capabilities such as
bonding, embellishment and provide autonomation, Developments & Innovations ideas in terms of
newness to the Customers and improve cost.
2) Make effective communication with Customers and provide best technical solution to ensure Fit
approval and correct construction within the FTY standard operations and SMV and align with
delivery timeline.
3). Coordinate with Factory planning team to get understanding about styles for coming sectors and
prepare with capability developments for production team and hit the target timeline
4). Carry out style review/ comprehensive risk assessment meeting as early as permit, identify
potential problems, and make practical suggestions to mitigate risk. Influence and own the outcome.
5). Monitor day to day work / timeline and overlook product developments technologist, provide
technical expertise and support all stages of development process to ensure smooth transitional
knowledge from product development to bulk production.
6). Effective communication with value stream team to clarify issues in line with critical path of
production & pass necessary information to relevant departments & sub-contracting plants.
7). Participate in problem-solving with Merchant, Production, ISE, quality team and all other cross
functional team to ensure deadlines and product standard are meeting.
8). Ensure all development built in a manner consistent with Fit quality, standards, LAVN factory
capabilities / resources allocations and cost specifications. Work with internal sample Room to make
clear product specifications, JIT to share with manufacturing team for forces training.,
