Lead and manage HR Functions to ensure HR effectiveness, efficiency
Annually review and enhance company policies.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR procedures.
Manage full-circle payroll, social insurance & PIT, lead & oversea annual PIT Finalization.
Perform & report HR cost &headcount periodically.
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs.
Annually review and plan the HR Budget accordingly.
Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
Oversee and manage the recruitment process concerning the headcount budget.
Administration: 20%
- Oversee the internal operation of administration activities.
- Take care and process Working Visa, Work permits, Temporary resident card for expats.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university in economics, Human Resource Management, administration, law or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Understanding human resource management; Laws and regulations on labor and employment.
- Proficient in leadership & planning skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Efficient in English (Work with Expat).
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- The Candidate can Interview before Lunar New Year and start the job after Lunar New Year
