TASK:
- Make weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plans to complete according to the approved plan. Develop processes and policies for customers and department staff
- Monitor the implementation of the sales plan.
- Make a plan to develop the market area.
- Plan additional personnel for the department
- Check and monitor processes:
- Supervise and manage customers and employees effectively
- Manage the system according to instructions and procedures.
- Monitor the completion of KPI indicators
- Train junior staff.
- Solve unusual tasks
- Implement specific requests related to system development from superiors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategies, processes, KPIs for departments, policy mechanisms for customers and department employees
- Manage and supervise the sales process of the whole system.
- Arrange and assign work to each manager to maximize efficiency in sales.
Yêu cầu
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate with a degree in Veterinary Science, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Management skills.
- Soft skills.
- Passionate about the job.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to collaborate in work.
- Organizational and task management skills.
- Adhere to the confidentiality of the system.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Able to work under pressure, work overtime frequently (due to various arising issues).
- Willing to be assigned to a designated area.
- Ability to present in front of an audience.
