• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution to ensure timely product availability.
• Facilitate training and development programs for the sales team.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of reaching or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
