JOB SUMMARY
Caledonia Vietnam is specifically looking for a marketing manager that will be in charge of the day to day marketing activities of the company and long-term marketing strategy plan for the company. The company currently has 2 different brands: Chops & The Fat Pig. The marketing manager is liable for managing Caledonia Vietnam's marketing initiatives. He/she is required to have a friendly, social and spontaneous nature. In accordance with these attributes, he/she will be required to be highly focused, detail-oriented and very meticulous in meeting budget limitations, restrictions and timelines. To utilize market research and analysis to manage marketing strategy and planning. To supervise the production of all marketing materials and campaigns and lead a team to deliver the marketing needs of the company
Responsibilities
To oversee the marketing team to ensure brand guidelines and deadlines are met.
To lead all projects from inception to completion
To manage and lead weekly marketing meetings
Create and update digital marketing strategies that will support the organization to achieve its aims as part of the overall marketing plan.
To forward plan marketing on a monthly and quarterly basis
To manage and be accountable for the marketing and distribution budget and submit financial monthly reports.
To provide monthly reports on all digital reach, engagements and feedback to the Owner and GM of the company.
Conduct a formal market analysis (digital, mobile, social and local) to identify key market and customer trends.
To liaise with 3rd parties for any projects/campaigns required to do so. This includes our CRM system where we can advertise through Zalo and eSMS.
Manage all digital marketing accounts, keep them up to date and have plenty of engaging material. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google and our website.
Be responsible for building a marketing team from interviewing and hiring individuals to training and performance evaluations of team members.
Collaborate and update company owners, general manager and operations manager on a daily basis with any ad hoc design requests. Stay in communication with restaurant managers and other departments for store updates & other internal matters.
Stay up to date with the latest technology to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and identify marketing opportunities.
Lead the development of the company website, devising strategies to drive online traffic and continuing to improve usability, design, content and conversation.
To be creative and think outside the box. Be highly adaptable to sudden changes in priority or higher management requests.

Degree in marketing fields
Experience in a marketing manager role
Excellent English and communication skills
Experience in managing budgets
Experience in managing and leading a marketing team
Experience in creating marketing reports on all levels
Experience in structuring and leading meetings
High level computing skills.
High level in digital marketing and social media management
High level of content production.
Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Experience in a marketing manager role
Excellent English and communication skills

Income: Negotiable salary + KPI bonus + Annual review. Income from 15 - 20 million, negotiable according to ability.
- Working hours: From 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, off Saturday and Sunday
- Receive a satisfactory salary based on actual work performance

- Holiday bonus, 13th month salary and good performance
