HR Manager Job Description
Human Resources (HR) Managers are vital to building and maintaining a thriving, productive workforce. It is a great starting point in securing the right candidate to foster a positive work environment and contribute to company's growth.
Job Overview
Our company is ready to onboard an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee our organization's human resources functions. We want someone comfortable developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive work environment. We require a strong background in HR management, and we're also looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's objectives and comply with employment laws and regulations
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
Manage employee relations and address any workplace concerns, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Develop and monitor performance management and appraisal systems to support employee growth and development. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Build and manage a performance appraisal system (KPIs, OKRs) so as to ensure all employees have clear goals and objectives aligned with the business strategy.
Proposing and implementing internal programs and activities of the company to build company culture, improve employee satisfaction, and nurture a positive working environment.
Ensure the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and benefits administration
Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR matters, such as policies, procedures, and legal compliance
Plan, coordinate, and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement
Organization Development: Build Organization chart, department responsibilities, and employee job description.
Talent Acquisition: Work closely with BOD & line manager, the analyzes, resource planning short-term/long. Implement strategy recruitment, attract talent to effectively resource needs to address.
Operation & Administrative - Legal: Propose, monitor Employees' Compensation & Benefits policies to ensure competition with the market to align with labor law. Manage salary payment, PIT, Social Insurance / Health Insurance / Unemployment Insurance of the Company. Build, update Internal Labor, and salary scale Rules following changes of the law or Company Policies. Build & manage HR Administrative budget

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success (Prefer HRM with experience in IT/Telecom/payment/ Fintech).
In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs
Proficiency in HR management systems and software, such as ADP, Workday, or similar platforms.
Prefer HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR, is preferred).
