PROFESSION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Discuss with clients to identify their needs and vibe
2. Join project team to inspect exitsting site if necessary
3. Develop aesthetic designs, from concept to detail and construction documentation that meets the clients' requirements, at the same time aligning and guaranteeing all the technical issues, clients' budget and project timeline
4. Guide and check on the works of internal design team (2D and 3D) to guarantee the right and identical design idea/ solution
5. Deploy design solution and coordinate effectively with internal project team and ensure to deliver quality products to the cliens, hence increase the rate of clients retention
6. Present the designs with the clients and gain their interest in both aesthetic idea and technical solution
7. Play as a quality-control role in the matter of material samples and mock-ups
8. Author-supervise during the construction phase, in coordination with internal project team
9. Update continuously about the design trends and solutions, hence propose innovative ideas to develop designs in the future
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop a proper process for Design department and continuously upgrade the process on a quaterly basis
2. Be responsible for assigning and quality-controling jobs in Design department
3. Be responsible for a result-oriented plan to manage and develop Design department and its team members; profession training
4. Be responsible for researching and studying about technology/ tools to support the tasks of Design department
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure an effective process in the company
6. Report to General Manager about the performance of the department and propose solutions/ ideas to resolve problems/ develop company
