- Receive customer orders from the sales department. Then carry out necessary activities to fulfill orders according to the requirements of the departments to ensure sales for the business
- Build and develop sales plans and strategies to ensure achievement of set sales targets
- Analyze sales results and research and evaluate market trends to understand the demand for goods and services as well as identify customers and target distribution areas. In addition, they also collect customer opinions and reviews of products to improve products to suit customer tastes.
- Lead development of pre-season strategies and approve seasonal sales and inventory plans that supports brand objectives and customer financial sales and margin targets
- Synthesize information from suppliers, dealer systems and market information to provide appropriate price lists for each product of the business.
- Predict the quantity needed to meet customer and market demand. From there, plan appropriate production implementation.
- Implement effective and scientific inventory management. Direct the arrangement of goods to attract customers' attention
- Regularly monitor sales and inventory status. From there, you can set appropriate prices for products in each business stage of the enterprise
- Build a specific business budget. At the same time, forecast the business's profits and revenue in the next business period.
- Prepare reports on the results of implementing orders periodically and according to the management requirements of the enterprise. Ensure to provide complete and accurate indicators and work efficiency. From there, propose appropriate business development proposals for the next stage of the enterprise.

- Good understanding of retail business, product knowledge and understanding of brand positioning
- Pocesses a clear understanding of financial measurements and how to impact them
- Retail math skills necessary to understand financial results of performance measures
- Ability to do product costing
- Experience with gross margin, pricing and trend analysis
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- High styling sense
- Good in communication both English & Vietnamese
