Role Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven B2C Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site role will focus on driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and promoting our online language programs to individual students and parents. The B2C Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth for our online classes.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students and their families, addressing their needs and concerns.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues.
