What Youll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Optimize system performance to handle high concurrency and large-scale traffic.
Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and product teams to deliver new features effectively.
Monitor, measure, and improve service performance, proactively addressing potential issues.
Ensure security, compliance, and code quality standards are always met.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java, or similar languages such as Golang or Python.
Proven experience working with high-concurrency systems or applications serving large user bases.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and common design patterns.
Experience with GCP or AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and CICD pipelines.
Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
Solid understanding of unit testing, clean code principles, and performance optimization.
Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and team-oriented attitude.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payment, or AI-based systems.
Hands-on knowledge of real-time data processing or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Understanding of system design, distributed systems, or event-driven architecture.
