Mô tả công việc
Scope/Role Dimensions
• Manage team having at least 5-6 SME Executives.
• Has presence and credibility in the local insurance and business community. Is a strong leader in the office sales practice.
• Sells to any size MM account and credible with the C-Level executives for these Accounts.
• Sells across all line and practices with a deep understanding of all Affina practices, solutions and services.
• Has proven sales skills and consistently meets annual sales goal

Requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Possesses excellent communication skills, building and maintaining relationships, coordinating others, business orientation and financial acumen, and has personal motivation/ results focus.
• Proficient in Non-life segment product (Healthcare, Motobike, Car)
• Acquires the brokers licenses needed in order to develop into the Sales Professional role in local market.
• Possesses excellent and proven business skills with emphasis in organizational selling.
• Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Possesses fundamental knowledge of office databases and company-sanctioned sales technology tools.
