Mô tả công việc
· Cybersecurity oversight of the design, implementation and validation for products and solutions in cooperation with the product development architects, product managers and developers.
· Ensure adoption and development of the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework across products and provide training on specific SDLC activities
· Support the engineering teams in analysing reported security incidents or vulnerabilities
· Support continuous improvement and development initiatives
· Technical Risk Assessment and Mitigation oversight for Internal and Third Party products and solutions
· Provide Cybersecurity expertise to the product teams
· Keep abreast of security technologies, trends, capabilities, threats and appropriate mitigations
· Lead Threat and Risk assessments for products, features and solutions
· Define security solution proposals in liaison with the product architects and drive commonality
· Ensure products maintain an acceptable compliance level to MSI devices security policies and standards through review and consultation

Yêu cầu công việc
· Able to work in a team environment across sites, cultures and time zones
· Some knowledge of relevant security certifications for targeted markets and products desirable, e.g. NIST, FIPS, but not essential
· Able to lead by influence to achieve adoption and compliance to practices and methodologies by relevant product teams
· Technical Risk management and some experience with threat analysis is desirable. Experience in formal methods of threat assessment such as Microsoft STRIDE is desirable.
· Knowledge of secure development practices, principles and techniques
· Able to learn, share knowledge and communicate effectively with peers, developers and senior management
· Experience: 3-4 years or greater in cybersecurity, software or architecture/system development
· Knowledge of embedded Operating Systems such as Android, Linux useful as well as knowledge of Android application development and security. Some experience with cloud based solutions is also beneficial.
