Customer Service
Coordination with Production, Planning, Logistics & Purchasing to ensure POs meet shipment requirements
Issue Proforma Invoice and other details to customer and Export Team
Provide initial shipment schedule to customer
Receipt & Review customer POs
Receipt, review & address customer requirements or inquires (e.g. Quality issues, pricing issues, or new product requirements)
Export targets & objectives
Monitor Export FG, RM and PM inventory
Preparation & submission of sales forecast & updates or issues
Achievement of monthly & annual sales forecast
Export Pricing & margins
Preparation of pricing template for new buyers
Review & update of export pricing
New Product Development
Provide Export price proposal & details for buyer for approval or review
Offer new product and product concepts to buyers
Project management (from development of PM to initial production)
Review & address customer requirements or concept
Provide Export price proposal & details for management approval
Review project feasibility

Careful and meticulous with details
Strong work experience in negotiations, communications and people management skills
Can speak, write and understand English
Minimum of 5years working experience in customer service or shipping industry
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a team player
At least a Bachelor's degree in Import - Export,Business Management, Marketing, IE or equivalent
