General Description
This position is responsible for current company free-hand business accounts and developing further free-hand businesses to achieve the desired targets / requirements and other assignment from Field Sales Manager.
Specific Accountabilities
Continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new key accounts and developing business with existing accounts
Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Field Sales Manager
Assure the newly won clients business integration into Operations.
Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients
Constant communication with new customers, customer support and the Operations departments about relevant company policies, departmental expectations, and customer expectations
Provide information to Field Sales Manager for Sales Action Planning and forecasting activities.
Ensures accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers
Deliver agreed targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; achieve monthly KPI's.
Provide customer call reports, opportunities and any other customer, prospect information within Sales System
Develop and maintain customer relationship
Generate new Business from own Prospects
Measurement:
Actual performance
Business win in line with Sales Action Plan (new customer and business expansion)
Potential accounts in Development
New vs existing customer
Usage and accuracy of Sales System and KPI

Bachelors in Business Studies/ Foreign Trade/ Economics.
Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
